1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of MKcroSkin products, including MikroSkin Wrap Sheets, MikroSkin Bond Coat™, and associated accessories.

By purchasing MikroSkin products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Product Nature

MikroSkin is a supply-only product system.

MikroSkin does not include installation services. All products are intended for DIY application or third-party installation.

The purchaser is solely responsible for measuring, cutting, and installation.

3. Application Responsibility

MikroSkin products must be applied in accordance with provided guidelines.

The purchaser acknowledges that:

• Sheets must be cut and applied immediately after unrolling
• Application must be carried out using recommended tools and methods
• Adhesive must be applied correctly, including use of a 4mm nap roller

Failure to follow recommended procedures may affect performance and finish.

4. Surface Preparation

All surfaces must be properly prepared prior to application.

Surfaces must be:

• clean
• dry
• free of grease and contaminants
• structurally sound

MikroSkin is not responsible for failures caused by poor preparation or unsuitable substrates.

5. Material Handling

MikroSkin sheets must be handled with care.

• Sheets should not be left unrolled for extended periods
• Material should remain in original packaging until use
• Improper handling may result in damage

Damage caused by mishandling is not covered.

6. Cutting & Installation

All cutting is performed at the purchaser’s risk.

MikroSkin is not responsible for:

• incorrect measurements
• cutting errors
• insufficient material allowance

Customers should allow 15–20% additional material for trimming and waste.

7. Coverage & Estimates

Any coverage estimates provided are guidelines only.

Actual coverage may vary depending on:

• surface condition
• application method
• user technique

8. Colour & Finish Variation

MikroSkin products replicate natural materials.

Variations in tone and texture may occur.
Lighting conditions may affect appearance.

All samples and images are indicative only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MikroSkin is not liable for:

• installation errors
• misuse of product
• damage to existing surfaces
• indirect or consequential loss

10. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted for:

• incorrect quantities ordered
• change of mind
• cut or used material

Claims for defective products must be made prior to installation.

11. Warranty

MikroSkin provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

• installation
• surface failure
• misuse
• normal wear and tear

12. Intellectual Property

All MikroSkin systems, processes, branding, and materials remain the property of MikroSkin.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
